Website and transaction terms

• The contract for the website, support and terminal supply is with MS Plus Group M.ike.
• Registration is for EU / EEA legal entities and sole traders. Personal use is not allowed.
• A terminal request binds the business. It binds MoneySafe+ only when written acceptance is sent.
• The purchase is paid in one amount before dispatch.
• Greek law applies, subject to mandatory law.

Privacy

• MS Plus Group M.ike is the controller for the website, registration, requests and terminal supply.
• No formal DPO is appointed. Privacy requests go to support@moneysafeplus.com.
• We do not collect full card numbers, PINs or CVVs. Those stay on the terminal or on Paynt pages.
• You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, where those rights apply.
• You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookie policy

• Necessary cookies are ms_lang for language, the session cookie for form security, and ms_notice for the cookie notice.
• Google Analytics measures visits to the site. We do not use it for advertising.
• You can also limit cookies in the browser.

Business terms and addenda

• The MoneySafe Plus Business general terms, platform terms and addendum are available as PDFs.
• Paynt UAB provides card acquiring, processing and settlement under its own contract.
• Paynt is authorised by the Bank of Lithuania under LB000250 and, for Greek POS integration, has AADE provider code 648.
• The AADE code is not a MoneySafe+ licence and does not move settlement to us.
• Complaints about our own services: complaints@moneysafeplus.com. Target for a final response: 15 business days.
